Why Another Website?
Our goal is to increase liquidity and reduce risk in the business workforce. Traditional employer / employee relationships can carry significant economic risks both to the employer and the employee. Employers run risks on the one hand of not receiving full value for the costs they pay to regular employees or consultants, or on the other hand, of not being able to adequately ramp up their staff in order to maximize business opportunities.

Employees run the risk of becoming a cog in the wheel of their employer, with capped upside opportunity and never unleashing their productive and creative potential.

Upsidejobs helps reduce these risks by providing a forum for businesses and service providers that allow them both to maximize their upside opportunities.
